is this a bug?

if i buy a property from direct game and when it asks if i want to move in then if i click on acceptance it moves me into that property..

if i choose to attempt to move in directly from the PROPERTY page it will tell me to make my VAULT zero first

it should check the vault on both pages.
Will confirm, an admin can test / verify this.
