Hi,

I bet on Arsenal to win in the Swansea game

You bet on a handicap match, hence why it said (-1.0) next to Arsenal.

See the (-1.0)? In the bet info, that means the game had a handicap.. The -1 means arsenal started the game in the bookies eyes with minus 1 goals. In order for you to win the bet, they had to win by two goals, which they didnt, therefore you lost the bet.
