This has happened to me before. Im using Firefox and have greasemonkey also on, may be the problem, not sure. Sometimes the load out of a person's profile comes out weird, but i must admit, it looks pretty cool and i wouldn't mind all the buttons at the top like it us. The buttons at the top are not click-able but the ones below image are. I print screened it and got rid of name just for privacy but can be provided on request.

your connection to the server was slowed for some reason causing the weird load like that. most of the time the page continues loading and everything moves into its rightful place, sometimes not though.

It happened to me yesterday when I had a slow connection to the server (been laggy lately for some reason).
