It says I have been in my company for 2 days. I cant do the special. I know you cant use a special until you have been in a company for 3 days but I have 15 job points. So 5 job points a day. 15 job points would be every 3 days in a 5 star company but I have 15 job points after 2 days?

You need to be in the company *at least* three days to use specials.
This is your third day.
