every time i bet, it goes super slow and one of the slots end up stuck in the middle and it counts as a loss, ive lost over 200m from this, please fix?

also, is there anyway i can be reimbursed some of my money?
If slots lagged you can always check "view last rolls" section. If your stake was processed and money was taken from your account it means that you get some outcome, no matter if flash lagged or not.
