I keep getting a Secure Connection Failed window on different pages.

The only part that changes is:
c######.ajaz.www.torn.com:443

This happens on any server but only in Firefox. I've tried IE also.
I've cleared the following just to make sure it wasn't on my end:
temp files
temporary internet files
history
cookies

I am using CityWatch newest version.

are you using https to connect to torn?
You should use http:// as usual, not https.
