i got lsc from a trade and its 170k+ shares it should qualify for a bonus but it doesnt, why? i have two lsc stock now does that make a difference?

You can only earn the benefit once. Since you already have a LSC block that's earning the benefit, any other blocks you have that are eligible for the benefit will say they are not eligible.

as explained above, you already have an active block, you can't get a second one.
