Okay, so I got a picture I wanted to upload to torn and the format was JPEG but when I upload it, all it said was PICTURE NOT ALLOWED ONLY FORMAT JPG GIF PNG. Or something like that.
So afterwards I converted the pic into a GIF format and it still won't let me upload it. Somebody tell me what's wrong?

Did you check the pixxel range?
and the file Size?

Yes it was smaller than maximium.

Is this issue still occurring?
What is the exact file name? Sometimes, .GIF and .gif make a difference on some browsers, I believe.
Could you confirm how many pixels the image is?
What server/browser are you using?
