Whenever I try to post in the chat boxes it says unable to send message, then after a minute or two it says unable to connect to surver, whats going on never had this problem before??

Tried clearing cache/cookies/flushing DNS?

Left it all overnight, cleared the cache and cookies and repaired my internet connection and all is working fine now, thank you very much
