I ordered 3 donations (an hour or two before they became officially tradable) and for awhile I got nothing. I checked my Items and saw 1 Donator Pack, used it, got credited for 31 days.
I ordered 3.
Where' s the rest?
I'm not entirely sure who to go to, so I'm posting this here and hoping the right person can find me. I have the receipt from google checkout that I can provide and the ID number.

Do you know if your donator days went up at all? Maybe they were added straight to your days, although would be wierd you got 1 DP.
Will confirm it so Clansy can have a look.

I had zero days. It expired and I waited a few days and bought another (pay day). When I did get it, it came as an item. I was curious to see if they lumped it all together, so I used it but only recieved 31 days and the other bonus's.

I have just placed orders through Zong and have not received them either. I was ordering 6 and only received 3, waited a few mins then with nothing thought maybe it hadn't gone through so tried 2 more and sure enough nothing still? This was after several successful transactions. Is this the same issue and if so what do I do?
