I took a Xanax, however i didnt receive 250e. I even go the message saying that i successfully took the drug.
I got the message at 6:09:57 PM, which is why i thought it was strange that i didnt get an effect. Xanax effects stop working at :15, not :10, right?

As you posted yourself, you took it 3 seconds before the energy regen. That means you got the energy, just for 3 seconds.
No bug, just poor timing.
