My chat boxes disappeared. I went to https://www.torn.com/managerooms.php and I got the message:

Chat is not running. You can enable it.

However clicking on 'enable it' does nothing. On inspection of the element;

<div class="chatDisabled" style="display:none">
Chat is not running. You can <b><a href="">enable it</a></b>.
</div>

I was wondering if the href value is supposed to be empty?

Firefox 5, Full Torn.

Used any other browsers?

I can't try it in other browsers because this error doesn't happen often enough for me to catch it while I'm in another browser, and if I close firefox the chat boxes return, so no real way to check in the other browsers.

It's been happening on and off for a few weeks when chat stops working (which has been a few times)

Do you use CityWatch to log in? It is confirmed and being worked on that the chatboxes dont show when logged in through CityWatch.

Yes, I'm not sure yet where it is coming from, I do know that when you log in through city watch it often adds this. I had the same issue yesterday, but havent seen it after this one time.

Consciousness, could you let me know if it still happens? When it does you can fix it by removing the 's' in https:// infront of the URL in your addressbar.

Also let us know on which server you are.
