Hey I recently logged on to torn to find that I didn't have any chat boxes and I couldn't hit that little button that says reanable chat. I am playing on my phone but its a smartphone and has had no problems with this before. I also logged on with my computer and I had chat so I'm kinda confused haha.

Well basically when you're on your phone you login through mobile torn rather than Full torn. This strips you from the flashy staff such as chat, flash poker, casino stuff and lots of other stuff.
It's quite on your phone as it reduces loading times.
