What exactly is the problem, what do you mean you can't finalize trades?
There was an update on them that requires you wait 5 seconds, for the red unclickable button to turn into a green clickable button. This is to avoid getting trade scammed.
Could you try again with java turned on? Like Two mentioned there is a new security feature which turns a red unclickable button in a green finalize button. If this doesnt happen then enabling java on your phone could help.
