It wont let me propose to someone, I click propose and it says you already have a offer pending and then it says to cancel offers which i press and then it says i have no pending offers, And i tried again same thing happened.

the proposal wont let me propose to anyone it is saying you already have an pending proposal when i didnt propose to anyone so thats a problem.
