After logging in, every click made opens up a new window.

I have tested this on IE 9 and it does not happen to me.
Please clear your cache and flush your DNS (If you do not know how, please google).
Please close the browser and re-start.
It is not a error on Torn's side as far as I can gather.
Please try the above and if they fail, please re-post in here.
(Please post in here if it fixes your problem so we can mark as fixed).

Are any keys on your keyboard stuck down? ie. shift or control key? Because Ctrl + click or Ctrl + Shift + click does exactly what you say - opens links in new tabs/windows.

You guys are too nice. This is pretty obviously a problem on the OP's side or at the very least too poorly documented. My suggestion is to either close this or move it to Questions so the community can help him debug his browser issues - plenty of knowledgeable people out there who can contribute without using valuable game resources (you!)
