I just encountered this when I last landed in another country, I clicked the buy button, then it went to a screen that flashed for a second, i saw 3 drop down menus but as it flashes for a second i could not make out what they are for, nor get a screenshot. Then when it says how much stuff you bought on this trip, it says that I purchased 2 items when i had only attempted to purchase one. However it did not occur when i bought more of this item, but when i bought a different item, i ran into the same problem.
When I landed, I tried to attack people. but both times when i clicked attack it did the flash of the weird screen then it re-loaded the page and gave me the whole, Your target managed to escape! bs.
Ok so this seems to be an isolated incident. I've yet to have the problem again, of course at the time of the problem, i was experiencing large amounts of lag, and have yet to have that kind of lag since, so i think its related to that.
