If we manage to then I have proven my point that we can. Everyone see this as no chance to win at all. Yes there is no chance for EVERYONE to win. But there is a chance for Myanmar to lose. I don't care about coming in first anymore I'd gladly give that away to USA or Norway or any of those countries. I want to make a point that we can make a difference.

To prove that you can do a peasant rebellion. Tragicomic.

To prove that people can make a difference no matter the situation. There is always a silver lining.

Silver lining?

The Glory of Myanmar shines brightly on our helmets.

Not in mere silver - in pure gold.

The glory of Myanmar?

I'm listening.

Great speech,

I think you'd have more chance of accomplishing your goal if you individually mailed everyone not in Myanmar,

you can cross me of the list, I read the speech. I reckon you got about 20something thousand left.

Hence why I used the forum mailing each individually is just not feasible.

How many of the 25ish thousand active players do you think read GD?,

also as this is not the first 'down with Myanmar' thread, what makes you think a 5 minute speech is a more effective tool to convince people when shorter and more to the point versions of this idea have already been voiced,?

Edit - so far 88 views, half of which are from Myanmar players,

Because the shorter ones had no effort put into them and mostly ended with the OP saying screw Myanmar or flipping them off. I'm not telling Myanmar to screw off. No, I want them to read this and to double their efforts. As hopefully everyone else will. And turn this WW into something great. People need to learn to have fun even when the odds are against you.

I have no qualms with talking about this issue with Myanmar, but I would like someone who has put more effort into the competition at least. The more involved members of countries even Myanmar know things can always take a turn for the better or worse. This is Torn after all, Anything is possible.

I was going roughly on the amount of posts from Myanmar players in this thread, without counting, I would say it's probably 50/50,

My only point was that this method of team building against Myanmar was pointless and that OP would do better of mailing people who weren't in Myanmar.

Didn't say anything about spying????

Edit;

and for arguments sake, on first page of this thread 6/9 individual posters are from Myanmar,
(think it's fair to say 50/50)

--snip!--

"BUT!!!" said opposition members, "Let's us make our mark -- let us amend the issue so as to
expressly declare that the people of Myanmar are the Targets." "Not we," said the Allied Countries;
and up they voted for change... The people Demanded It.
Before the next Day, the case came to, and was argued in, the forums of the Allied Countries; but
the decision of it was deferred until after the joining period had ended. Still, before the end of
the join period, David, the head of Greece, requests to pose a distraction from the war; and the
latter effect: A DB was dropped on MMCP. A Hit on a solely Myanmar Faction. A Statement has been
made. We are serious, WE ARE HERE 'TILL THE END.

--snip!--

I tell it here, hopefully once and for all. Yes, I did bomb MMCP to stand a point and wake some people here. Yes, I did bomb them in the hope that people would wake up and fight. And yes, I had planned this for a long long time, yet decided to do this only hours before I indeed planted the bomb.

BUT!!!

In no way I wanted this to be perceived as the result of a collective decision, it was my decision and mine alone. In no way I wanted you to use this for your own political gains. And above all else, in no way I wanted you to sit in the password-protected IRC Myanmar channel and taunt them like the douchebag you are.

I didn't even officially claim the leadership throne for my country, we just listen to each others and the concur on the best course of action. I may have a loud voice there and when I talk people listen to me, but I also listen to them. Something you really seem to fail to do!

So you know what? From now on, Spartans will stay out of your f**king alliance, and from now on, we'll fight in Greece's best interests. And it will remain so until you step down and go back into anonymity.

Don't even bother mailing me, it just won't do! Screw you douche, I'm going home!

Now, consider I'll be strongly lobbying within Greece for opting out of the "alliance".

It is very simple!
top hitters from each country get to move at a point!
so, we have 104 countries in total. let say 90 countries x 3 top hitter = 270 Users

they get to change on 20th sept !at this point, they should all join a country
(best i can see-jolly or Greece)

Now before reaching this point(20 sept),ALL other countries should hit Myanmar to stop them for leading a lot,and hold them back!

By that time,(Jolly or Greece) need to climb up and gain Score to match with Myanmar!!
If this is done- those 270 Users joining Jolly or Greece on sept 20,will have a nice chance to make history!(as from 19th,they stack 600+ energy, move to greece or Jolly(decided country) and keep hitting with the other crew until the end!

what you people need to do is get top 3 from all countries, put in 1 country on 20th!
Before 20th,all other countries should hit myanmar- the decided country(greece or jolly) will have to boost up also, and start gaining score.

Or- Myanmar Ftw!

6 days have passed since WW started- Myanmar's soldiers worked so much.

19 days to go - (can't top other 9 countries hit Myanmar's for so much in 19 days?)
This would re-balance the score overtime(in 10+days) last 9 days competition re-goes as Hell and top 3 hitter from each country could pick one and make this tough for Myanmar.

And make this competition a little more interesting by the End!

The only thing that is supporting my confidence currently is that last years champs finished with slightly more than 110,000. If we're allowed to keep this pace we will double that before the end. If the best of each other country does team up to try for 1st it will make things much more interesting.
