i have place a bet on chicago bulls

and the result is
1 2 3 4 Total
Charlotte 18 22 15 30 85 Final
Chicago 21 28 14 30 93
but it says i lost my bet
You have lost the bet you made on the NBA Bobcats (+12.5) At Bulls (-12.5) Basketball match.
where can i make an inquiry for this.

They won by 8 points. They had to win by 13 points for you to win your bet.

Bulls should win with 13 points or more . they won by 93-85 = 8 points. so you lost. It's a handicap bet

Sometimes when a team or player is so heavily favoured then there will usually be a handicap placed on the bet options. This means that the team less favoured to win are given a score advantage to help balance out the result and make the betting more interesting. You are not betting on whether the team wins or loses, you're betting on if they can win by a certain amount.

This wasnt always there, I remember when I had no clue what handicap meant lol lost BILLIONS but my mistake for not actually realizing what I was betting on.
