3 pound per head sounds a little light (for you, I mean).
If schools over there are anything like schools over here, then an average class has 25-35 students in it. Say, 30 students at £3 each, that's £90 for a full day of activities.
Assuming you don't need to buy or supply any equipment, or encouragement sweets, or memorabilia for the event, that's still a little under half of what I get for a regular days work.
And chances are that you'll not have a booking for every day (maybe a school might give you a few days back to back with different classes, if you're lucky). Would you still be able to survive if (worst case) you only had one days booking in a fortnight, and could you keep up with the planning and workload of dealing with kids (best case scenario) for 5 consecutive full days?

Good thinking, Well Equipment needs to be bought like, Footballs,Baskets Balls, Hockey Sticks, tennis balls,bibs and much more. how much do you reckon £5 a head?
