Got this mail not too long ago. Perfect example of something not to follow! Staff will never ask for Username and Password!
Gave me a good LOL to be honest though.

If you just got it, and just mailed staff, why so shocked at the lack of feedback so far?
Honestly though, there's been lots of threads about this. It's being mailed to so many people that staff might not respond to every person that mails them about it.

Staff will never ask for your username and password.
If you receive a mail like this please report the mail. Underneath the mail and above where you respond to it it will say report. It is better to report it then just mail a staff member about it. In case the one member of staff is busy and not checking their mails. More staff are able to know about it and act if it is reported.
Unfortunately people still fall for these mails. You have to be careful.

Just for the record, staff will always act on phishers, malamute1, even if you don't get an answer right away, but not every staffmember can deal with phishers. Just report the mail and action will be taken.
