At one time, scripts were against the rules. People en masse ignored the rule and used GreaseMonkey for faction chaining. Since the rule was basically unenforceable, considering they would have to ban most of the top factions, who even went so far as to require that people use them, there's really nothing that can be done.
Look around and not liking what you see? Players have only themselves to blame on this issue.
What script was this? Having been in several HOF factions, I don't remember anyone ever suggesting using a greasemonkey script, let alone it being required

Or someone reported they got mugged within 3 minutes after an investment got released or any fishy azz chit like that, THEN, they track that persons last 5 days.

Don't take my statement the wrong way. I don't know of or have proof of anyone cheating and it not being handled. Even if I did, I couldn't do any more about it than you could, I'd have to report it and go about my business. Like Bogie implied, I'm just as remedial as everyone else
