I have to say, this really really pissed me off.
I went into the city at the top of the hour, and boom, event. Go into events thinking it might be a SE, or eprhaps even another brick, alas it's just a dirty bomb event from some random JFK hater nobody knows.

Waiting for some faction to save up 4 or 5 DBs, then mail random HoF factions and say send us 25bil by the end of the week or we'll drop a bomb on you every day till yur faction gets wiped.
