A lot of people are saying "what a waste of money". If you have that much money, there's only so much u can buy that's worth anything. Might as well build bombs and actually use them rather then just sitting on a bunch of cash not doing anything with it. If I had a crazy amount of money I know I would be doing the same thing and laughing about it.

It's sad that the only thing achieved with dropping 3 DBs in a day (approx price of 75 bill) is merely slightly delayed rehabbing and a minor dent in the flower running business. Oh ofc and MattyB running around jam packed with e-?adrenaline
Nonetheless, it really is a major disappointment that the DB effects can be mitigated by simply leaving a won war to be claimed or making one hit in a space of an hour. If you get a slight hint that you will be the target of the a DB, you can simply use as much respect as possible and drop down to zero as a result of the DB (essentially reducing the respect lost heaps) which was employed this time.
I'd really love to see a boost in their destruction or something at least. Heck 20% of the factions HIT today had a hazmat suit on ffs, negating the effect of the DB as awhole.
It's not a waste using them (I think this is key and I am not advising against it), it's a waste making it as a whole
so from what I read here, the only way to destroy a big and active faction is to DB it to zero when Ched has announced a downtime. That's the only way you'll be sure that they can't get back to positive respect before the end of the hour: prevent all of them from being able to log in.
