-When a player is on 0hp he cannot gain hp until the attacker finishes him off. IT SHOULD BE THIS WAY FOR FACTIONS TOO. What the hell is up with this crappy dirty bomb bug. It's crap with this mechanic. Fix it.

It's a stupid mechanic, 0 respect factions should be treated like 0hp players awaiting hospitalization. -awaiting deletion, nothing they can do but use the hour to empty their coffers. Then maybe i'll enjoy torn.

Its not a bug. Factions only delete on like... 00:59 or something, so they have almost an hour to gain some back. Its always been like this.
