2. The call is from a disgruntled political activist from El Cascado, he wants the President assassinated!
3. MasterBuster contacts their informant in the local police station and acquires the Presidents travel itinerary.
4. Pyrotekhnic and UnFairlane acquire a rifle from Big Al's Gun Shop, and decide on the best spot to take out their mark.
5. The team drive to Torn City Towers, MasterBuster and Pyrotekhnic wait in the van while UnFairlane and Xela head to the rooftopto get in position.
6. Suddenly, the FBI surround the van and take MasterBuster and Pyrotekhnic into custody, then charge into the building after the rest of the team.

This is what we currently know:
About 16k (more or less) busts needed from your PA team and all of members in the team must have 45nnb. Numbers will be skewed if your PA team does dangerous crimes or you have former selfbusters in your team. As you know selfbusters have high bustcount but very low CE due to to intentional nnb breaking

Awsome tkx. I tried to do a few PA with people with 45nnb while i was co-lead in TNB. Kind of had a feeling it had something to do with busts tkx

We aren't from Myanmar, matey...so no, we don't know exactly what crimes each person has done on their account. Look at their criminal record and take a guess. You have only got 2,400 busts n change, so if you were in a successful PA at this point, it would only be as a 'tag along'.

Crimes will do no good unless you don't have busts to go along with. The CE of a buster is in another class compared to one who only do crimes

Thats interesting to point out; did you come to this based on your own experience with the crime or did you find this info out from others?
Me, for example started busting last year and i really haven't noticed a difference in my CE(Crime exp) before the busting nor after the busting.
Could you explain further how busting is better compared to doing arsons & stealth viruses, which are to my understanding great crimes to boost your CE?

Please bear on, I have a lot of typos. I am so sorry.
Claim is based on the test we run about year ago and how I have seen OC rankings to change among 45nnbers within range of few dozens of busts. Also I am yet to see a successful PA-team which doesn’t have high total bust count.
All the PA-teams that I know of have at least 10k on their total team’s bustcount. BC-Vulpes Vulpes has Tanix on their successful PA-team, Vinerri has Vic_viper and ForkingPawn supported by other members in their 2nd PA team, BC-Shockers have -BC-Kushial and mbncd in their team and Peaceful Nation has Dopebear with them. We have Link supported by MrTseng and my own team. All of these people have all done thousands of busts and quite a few of them are in Busting Hof.
This is also one reason, why I think busters simply have supreme crime exp. Another reason is the test that we ran year ago. The results of the test we ran can be seen on Link’s profile. It is the little picture with busting graph.
About the test and how we ran it:
It all began year ago when I just had my 45nnb. I had about 6.5k arsons and measly 200 busts done when I got my 45nnb. I didn’t know benefits of busting back then. I was very exited to finally gain the 45nnb as I wanted to join to PAs.
Now that I had my 45nnb I just needed a faction to do PAs. I remembered that there was one faction that could do PAs, but however I didn’t know its name at that time. As we all know it was Vinerri that were doing PAs, but of course I didn’t know this.
But anyhow after going through faction recruitment forums , I found out faction called Small&Mighty, shortly S&M. They were recruiting people with 45nnb for their PA-team. I mistook them as Vinerri and joined them.
But for my disappointment they couldn’t do any as they were just in planning stage. But I decided to stick with the group anyway as I didn’t have anywhere else to go.
I also found out that my OC ranking was 8th at that time. So even if we were planning a PA I wouldn’t be part of the team. I had to do something, I was dirty poor and I needed the PA money. After going through my options I decided to take desperate measure- I started to bust.
To my surprise Busting went more than well. Soon I was ranked 4th in faction.
I was happy as I have finally made into the possible PA team, but I wanted more after seeing how effective busting were.
It took about 800 busts and 2 weeks to reach 4th in faction. For that I had to take over people who have had their 45nnb for over an year and had been doing safe crimes during that time.
I was also doing safe crimes, but I highly doubt that would be enough to take over people who have doing those years long than, as we all did about same amount of sage crimes.
Soon after my takeover of the 4th spot, the rest of the PA-team began to invest energy in busting. But it wasn’t enough as I simply did more busts than they did.
Another 500 busts later I took over Shinnster, man who had several thousands more arsons than I had and claimed to have his 45nnb for over 2 years. ( I don’t remember exact years that he had his 45nnb, but it was more than 1).
Also Janushka, now known Link, joined us at some point. She was ranked above Shinnster and she had about 2k busts.
All in all it took less than 2000busts and 2 months to reach the same level as the people who had their 45nnb for several years and have done several thousands more arsons than I had. And remember the 2 months earlier I was rooting for my new 45nnb.
I now have 13k busts under my belt so imagine how much CE I might have accumulated so far.
After my takeover of the 1 st position all of in the PA started seriously take on busting afterwards the team joined merged into droogs.
Soon after the merge this happened with the same original team that started out from S&M.

I do not know how much crime exp busting gives compared to arsons in general, but based on my experience it gives a lot.
However I have noticed another thing that busting is less effective when you do in lower nerve bars.
Reason of why I do no know. For example at 10nnb it is quicker to just do ordinary crimes than bust.
I think busting might be based on your current crime exp, but this is my personal hypothesis which doesn’t have anything to back it.

you're welcome Kanzu! We thought we'd provide what info we have currently because there seems to be some misinformation going around that you would probably need a fail first before you can succeed (ie. 1 team fails, then re-plan and succeed). This is not necessarily the case as we've shown. Memento Mori has never failed a Political Assassination, and I myself have never been in any OC's with these guys before (except 1 blackmail with MrTseng when I first joined - and was here 9 days total before my first PA success, so not even time to fail).
So although you may fail, re-plan & succeed, it's not true that you will always have to do this.

4. Link drives a truck across in front of the convoy. The Senator's car tries to backtrack but MasterBuster quickly blocks its escape.
5. With a stationary target UnFairlane steadies the rifle, and lines the crosshair up with the Senator's head.
6. BANG! One shot is fired, the bullet pierces the front window and enters the Senator's head. His body slumps lifelessly.
7. The team quickly evacuates during the mass confusion. A payment of $200,000,000 from a mysterious source is later finalized.

SUCCESS
1. Laying hidden upon a rooftop, Tascon sets up their sniper rifle. This contract has a hefty reward.
2. On the streets below, Pyrotekhnic and MrTseng wait with their engines running.
3. The Senator approaches with his motorcade. UnFairlane radios in the team to prepare.
4. Pyrotekhnic drives a truck across in front of the convoy. The Senator's car tries to backtrack but MrTseng quickly blocks its escape.
5. With a stationary target Tascon steadies the rifle, and lines the crosshair up with the Senator's head.
6. BANG! One shot is fired, the bullet pierces the front window and enters the Senator's head. His body slumps lifelessly.
7. The team quickly evacuates during the mass confusion. A payment of $150,000,000 from a mysterious source is later finalized.

SUCCESS
1. The team lounge around their headquarters watching a news report on Mexican President Speedo Gonzalez's planned state visit to Torn City. The phone suddenly rings.
2. The call is from a disgruntled political activist from El Cascado, he wants the President assassinated!
3. MrTseng contacts their informant in the local police station and acquires the Presidents travel itinerary.
4. Pyrotekhnic and Tascon acquire a rifle from Big Al's Gun Shop, and decide on the best spot to take out their mark.
