The speed at which bookie payouts are received should be looked into. I dont understand why payouts take up to 24hours when the results of any professional sport are shown online within 30minutes of the game`s completion. Why should the bookie payouts ever take more than a few hours after the game is completed (perhaps 4hrs max)? Not like this is a big problem, just saying.

We don't have paid staff online 24/7 to put through the results (bookie staff) and confirm the payouts (bookie admin). It's done by volunteers, we've always said 24 hours as a guide, it's a bit random depending on who's online etc. You'll get monies before the next days EURO games are closed.

Italy won in penalty kicks but the game counted it as a draw. As far as I know, a draw is when there is no winner. Italy won, they are advancing they are declared the winners of that game so why is it counted as a draw? I feel that I deserve to win that bet because the team that I bet on won the game.

No, if there's a Draw option listed then it's based on 90 minutes. You should have selected the other bet with just 2 options, for who to advance.

Is there any chance of an outright winner in both semi final matches, like the England match therfore bypassing the "Draw" option.
E.g. Portugal 2.00
