why is it that there are so many errors with pay and revoked bets and incorrect losses? noe the money i have won didnt end up in the bookie winnings for me... seems the more "help" they get the more mistakes they make! i offered to be a bookie helper, but i guess i just dont walk with that "group". that to me is a good thing. keep up the sub par work folks.
this is the latest... now, you tell me how i wasnt supposed to believe it meant ND needs to finish in the top 3.... other examples, now that there are multipal weekly for me, will be shoved into your inbox fluffy... thank you so much in advance for your future help.

10:37:02 PM You have lost the bet you made on the NCAAF: BCS National Championship Top 3 American Football match.

10:29:24 AM You have placed a bet of $4,000,000 on Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Top 3). The match starts: 1st December 2012, 21:00.
Obviously that one meant who would win the championship out of the top 3. Notre Dame lost the national championship and therefore didn't win you the bet. Why on earth would the bet be for finishing in the top 3? That makes no sense. Saying the bookies do sub par work is just being arrogant. Don't take your sub par common sense betting out on the bookies.
You could count the number of actual errors (wrong payouts) each year on one hand and given that we add around 10,000 matches a year that's probably not such a bad effort on our part, we're human init. There are also some other deleted bets, that can be caused by incorrect odds or cancelled games... not always our fault and these are refunded.
What you're referring to is bets you've lost because you have failed to understand what you are betting on.
Pro-tip: there can be only one winning option in each bet, so we won't add a bet that you can choose which teams are in the top three and we payout on all three.

seems pretty vague to me... easy for him to mis interpret though... no?

Easy for some to misinpterpret if after 3 years they've failed to see that only one option is ever paid out on. Him failing to see the obvious (to 99.9% of people) doesn't make it an error.
If you are not sure you can ask the person that adds the bets (by looking at the staff stickies)... but like I said, the golden rule is only one option can be paid out on, so if it looks like there could be more than one (for example "pick the top three teams") then you've misinterpreted it.

thanks for your 2 cents.. but NOT that obvious.
Don't understand how that couldn't be obvious, but then again common sense should dictate.
