tickets would be 1m each and there would be 400-425 tickets

EDIT: since you edited your post i will follow up with this: The number of tickets should reflect the item being raffled. If you are doing dumbbells for 390m then do 400 tickets. if it costed you 325, do 325.

Voted yes, contingent on the number of tickets being related to the cost of the enhancer.
