2013's Race to River Styx™
$150,000,000 Prize Fund

Information
Race to River Styx is my new annual competiton starting from the year 2013. It will involve contestants competing in various tasks (team as well as individual) to be the best.
Tasks
There will be around 15 tasks at least during the course of the competition and a few bonus tasks which have no compulsion to enter. Tasks may involve any sort of game play and will require hard work and perseverance. The tasks will be designed in order to make them fair to players of different ages and different strengths.
Failure to participate in any task due to unwillingness to perform will result in elimination.
However, it will be ensured that there is enough time given for each and every task.
Rules
Each task will have its own set of rules that all contestants are expected to comply with.
However there are a few general rules:
1. My decision will be binding during all tasks and phases of competition play and I have all rights to disqualify players; however, not that personal conflicts won't be taken into the competition play and the competition at all times will be run fairly.
2. Flaming/Trolling in the thread or insulting other contestants will result in an immediate disqualification.
3. Any attempt at unfair play, successful or not, will result in an immediate disqualification.
4. In team tasks, everyone must co-operate with other members of the team. Failure to do so may result in elimination.
Score
Each task will allot points to the contestants. In team tasks, all members of the team will receive the same points unless a member has failed to participate in the task. The points will be based on efforts and outcome. You need to perform nicely, not win, in a task to gain points (Of course the winner, who is the best performer in that task, will gain more points).
Prizes
The Top 3 will be surely rewarded. Other prizes may be added, depending on the total prize fund at the end of the competition.
Bonus task prizes may vary from a few million to items like Drug Packs.
Prize Fund $150,000,000(Exclusive of Bonus Prizes)
A starting prize fund of 150m is being offered by me. It is subject to rise depending on donations/co-sponsors. I myself may increase the prize fund depending on interest in the competition.
At least another 25m will be given through bonus tasks.
Donations
Donations to increase the prize fund from individuals are happily accepted and thanked for.
Co-sponsorship is also accepted, should anyone wish to join hands with me for the same.
How to enter
Post below, in the thread, your name and ID in red.
This is the format:

Please remove the asterix. Do not use any other formatting (bold, italics etc).
Start Date
The competition will start on 1st January, 2013. Bonus Tasks may be posted from 25th December, 2012.
There is quite a while for the competition to start which means that I'm looking for quite a large participation interest in the competition.
Any other questions that haven't been covered may be mailed to me.
Guess this means I will be holding off on my task competition I was going to run after the holidays as well lol
No one has done one for awhile so I planned on hosting one myself but no point in two going on at once.
