Sorry Lord, I thought that claim issue was cleared up in later answers. The specific place you're looking for doesn't show any ownership. The area nearest to this place was given name by Spain. The place you're looking for has the same name given by Spain.
It is not on any mainland.
It isn't near Australia
It also isn't Komodo Nat'l Park.
There are other things like this in the world, but this one is remarkable.
I will also say that the area nearest it, the place named for Spain...it's a group of islands.

Gypsy - I really dont know, but probably not. Most people who would be vicinity of this place probably would visit it. Those who are interested in history would probably visit it if they have some free time in the the country. Those who are interested in this specific kind of places it is a "must-see" if they have some free time in Europe
