Will the new players only be tested by atacking each other, and therefore prety much the owner that picks the newb with best stats is likely to win?
Or will the competition have other parameters that allow all to compete in an even field, like % of development?, activity?, crimes done? ... ...
Placing players with 150k total at the start vs others with 20k total at start dont seem much of a competition, no matter how spoon fed the 20k one gets, it will still be a massacre at the end of it.
As for Lonestar ansering your question, he is probably still laughing at it... But one thing is for sure, you would have alot of insight judging noobs, as you never left that fase.

You may also post the atack log where i hit you every single time (unlike you) and only lose due to having less life (mostly bacause i'm level holding).

As for the reading part, well you clearly have alot more issues there then me... I dont assume what is not there, but you seem to have it all figured even though the same applies and you have nothing to do with the competition...
