Maybe you should have another rule that a staff member cannot say reset or 0 twice in a row. So once a staff member has said reset they have to then wait until another staff member says it before they can say it again.

Staff Rules:
-It has to be a different staff member resetting each time, but once another staff member has reset, the original staff member is allowed to reset again... |
