The entry video needs to be something relatively short that gets their interest quickly and gets them to jin. Someone who doesn't just sign up immediately needs a quick reason to sign up before they just leave the site.
Your video is more a tutorial of how to play or get started in torn including majority of its features. Its just too long and boring (and possible copyright violation from the music). It needs to be much shorter likely not even displaying anything from the actual website.

My suggstion to all you graphically inclined readers is to make a 3D graphic of TC and literally have it WALK through the city with the Bank, Points Building, Stock Market, etc... and have your viewer see muggings, car jackings, etc.. as they view the video. Just a thought. But rather than using RL n00bs and morons that look like they crawled from under a rock, a simple graphic video (not RL images, computer images) would be better as compression rates vary and the goal is to have this video load smoothly for all viewers. Just a thought.
