There's a random chance of finding the following egg when you click the following links, similar to the city finds, but without the city
Blue = Education
Red = Casino
Yellow = News Agents
White = Forums
Green = Gym
Black = Crimes |

I have clicked crimes well over 500 times using the left menu, but still nothing. Do you have to use the city or something(crimes isn't located in city is why i'm asking; atleast i don't think?)
