Dont know about other games but in Hattrick, online manager game, you get compensated for every minute that their servers have been down, compensation comes once a month. So it indeed would be fair to give compensation at least this one time....

take as long as you need to get the system stable. pls consider the lost points due to the system errors. players should be compensated.
