What i dont get is why Chedders participates in the forums at all. Frankly, you end up Troll Wrestling over stupid shit when you do.

It's odd that Ched chooses to respond to trolls instead of answering legit questions from players that are active, donate and don't whine about the small stuff.
Ched, why not take the time to respond to the players who have asked you questions in your faction/warring threads in suggestions? |

He should have known better to ask for opinions before it actually came into effect.
And it's the same with me. I had a great clear out of my lists and added everyone that was tagged that wasn't on either of my friends or black lists. It took me less than 5 minutes. So I really don't see what the problem is.
I like 0ffline's suggestion of a meat shield. Ched really seems to needs one. It looks tasty too^)

well this upgrade as you call it has happened.. i personally dont like it.. all the people i had tagged have gone and even the people i had tagged to attack are gone.. they arent on any of my lists

I actually liked these last two updates(except the -50 total), but the response to the asked for opinions, has been pathetic.

It's not broken, infact nothing at the moment is broken. I wish people would stop using that completely flawed term.
I do two things.
a) Fix things when they are broken(except the server)
b) Improve things(or screw them up as i see fit)

Have you never heard of improvement before?? It means making something better. Just because it isn't broken, that doesn't mean it doesn't need improving.
And name one thing that is 'broken' and could be fixed. Broken is an opinion by the looks of it, and I don't know of anything that is actually 'broken'. Sure, factions could use 'improvements', but by your philosophy I apparently shouldn't work on factions because they aren't actually physically broken. I'm not going to work on factions without having a decent solution, while I figure it out, i'm 'improving' other aspects. If you want to make a post in suggestions giving me ideas, that'd be very helpful. Until then, GTFO out of my other threads.

I think if you asked anybody who knows what is going on in this game and they will indeed tell you factions are broken but like you said, thats just a couple thousand opinions vs the facts as you see them.

I already said earlier that perhaps there was a bigger reason you did this (making things smoother on the back end, tying into a future update etc) but from a players perspective this does absolutely nothing to "improve" the game. In fact its clear to see that most players feel like it is the opposite of an improvement
TBH it doesnt even affect me but if the majority of people dont like something that doesnt necessarily add to gameplay then one would expect it isnt good for the game (again, unless it is done for a higher purpose unknown to us)
Anyway my post wasnt supposed to get you as fired up as it did. I wasnt being sarcastic or condescending when I said I appreciate you are trying to make things better. Its clear to anyone who has been playing the last few months that you ARE trying to constantly improve the game, and for that I applaud you. All I was saying is sometimes it seems like you could better distribute your resources, sorry if I offended you though

Perhaps if we knew what the big advantages were it would help us understand. Is this something that helps on the back end, or do you mean the change has huge advantages for players. If its something that helps out on the back end then I eat my words and this update is definitely worth it
