yep, this can help to stop scams... simply, if someone wants to buy something, put it in your bazzaar, double check price, and tell buyer to buy it....
simple as that, but secure

But you can display them. Only things you can't display are presents.

We've gone from having all our items displayed and STILL being able to use them from the display to having to keep things in our display to be able to do crimes etc.
I tried to do a virus crime after putting all my items back into my display and I get the message that I don't own a computer. Now my items will have to be cluttered up with things so I can do various crimes.
I'm betting we will have to have the suitcases in our items as well to fly and take advantage of carrying more items.

Thanks for the uterly pointless update where I now have to clutter my items list with all kinds of stuff because they no longer work directly from the display cabinet.
I particularly like the way i can no longer see at a glance what I have on display and spend time searching for something which was perfectly fine before you "improved" it

stupid thing bout this is now if ur doing arson crimes or stealing cars u have to have gas can or coat hannger in items instead of just in your display,,,,, reason i got mine was so i didnt have to have these things in my items list anymore,,, just wanted the stuff i need all the time,, like xanax morphine etc... so now in gunna end up with full item list again,,,, totally not what i wanted so can i have my 100 points back please????

Because cheddy needs all this bs to hide the fact that major parts of the game are fubared from the new players shoveling coin into his pockets. Nice big waste of time.
who gives a **** about profiles, personal stats and this kind of crap when warring, poker, and a handfull of other things need to be fixed and bring some excitement back to the game.
But no we get this steaming pile of dogcrap that has about as much use as reusable toilet paper.

How about we quit dropping doses of LSD and fix something that doesn't work like the chat. All that drug induced creativity is really helping you come up with some good ideas.....but preventing you from finishing ANY of the up or making them work right.
My vote....this is a poor waste of your time and my donator money.

after all they are a large part of the game.

We’ve released a new updated version of display cases! If you own one, go to the link at the bottom of your items page. You can now easily add items to show off, and add a large number of a particular item for those mass collectors. Items in your old display case will appear in your standard items list shortly. Holiday items can no longer be displayed in preparation for a future update.
We’ve also released Bazaar. Similar to display case, you can add your own items to it and set a price. Players will be able to go to your profile, click ‘View Bazaar’, and buy items from you, hassle free. Bazaar can be purchased from the points building for 250 points. You can personalize your bazaar, sort your items, change pricing whenever e.t.c.

Good question.
Doesnt make sense to have players using gm/macros to put 1000's of items into their display. Minimum of 2 page loads per item as is, no matter how you do it. |
Because bringing the server down while you update 250,000 rows in the database, just so your display can read "250,000" doesn't really make sense to me.

Other than Stiefie and his jackets, you are exaggerating.
For most players it is a few hundred; maybe a few thousand items at a time. Can't it be done in such a way as to be no more a server load than donating a few 1000 morphine to your faction is now? |
