I can't give you specifics of whats wrong with the code, but If you didn't know... heres a list of incompatibility problems between versions:

I am surprised you are running v3... 4.1 has been the standard for a long time now.

well job was caused by running mysql 3.0 so this will complely fix that and other stuff ps recoding something like this sites goona be tuff
