They used it to create an unfair advantage that they shouldn't be having in the game. And instead of reporting it they just kept using it and using it again.
Until somebody with a backbone told the admins about the bug

I find this to be very good news, now if they could STOP the Scammers....
On a lighter side of this.... I wonder if Ched of Staff, could get all the Properties, and items all these players in FED for cheating had, and placed it on the Market at some-what reasonable prices....

i am not shocked there will always be cheaters everywhere no matter how much you try to make it a non cheater game but where there is power there will be always curruption i was forum banned for no reasen the secound time just for posting 3times i was banned for 30days is that fair?

Cheating gets you an unfair advantage in the game.
While scamming gets you an advantage but you dont abuse a bug of the game, you abuse people's trust and what not.
Also with how the trade system is working at the moment really the only person that is to be blamable is the scammed party. If you cant be carefull with whom you make trades of with what those people put in the trades then its all your fault.
I say that as being a scammed person myself, it was my fault. 700 mil made me open my eyes =p
