It would be nice to actually see original suggestions that people put some thought into instead of just a sentence about whatever random crap pops into peoples heads...

A experience bar should be place below the icons so we can know how much exp we need for the next level it will be fun and more people will stay active to make that bar move! because people don't see it and they say we are stuck! and the quit ! i was about to but i had some patience and waited.

please forgive me because of my English poor.
1. i think that the difference between old player and new player . i think you should make to decrease difference between old player and new player.
2,you should make special stock market for the company of torn that the player run .
for example : rank 5 company in list 1
rank 3 company in list 2
rank 1 company in list 3 etc...
you should divide some type of stock market..for example: service stock market,engineer stock market , bank stock market ,etc..

you know what would be cool if we had a note or alert on are main profile page stating its are birthday today. it can increase the socailizing of the network
also we should have a calender that alert us that would be good as a reminder to pay staff, taskthat need to be completed etc etc. just like a mobilephone calender but not so advenced
You should be able to customize your weapons like get a laser on the gun for more accuracy or get special rounds for more damage or even a silencer for more stealth.
I also think you should add a "Black Market" in the city for higher levels to get other weapons for cheaper than the item market and without having to travel.

I think animals would be a good idea I loved having dogs.
