my suggestion is... why not allow there to be a co-director in the company chair like a vice president or something... i have TGP benefits but its sometimes hard to convience people im not out for their companies... the ones who have tried it knows i only want the prices i charge... this would clear all the scammers from trying to steal peoples companies...

I'm sure somewhere in the pages before this, there are bank suggestions, but Im going to post mine anyway

The current bank system offers time frames that you can lock money away for and gain interest for it.
With the constant amounts of gambling and losses money is needed earlier sometimes.

If an "early withdrawal" option were added with a penalty along the lines of losing the interest plus a fine equaling the interest, more money would "disappear" from the economy. Allowing this may aid in some not quitting the game, doing better in the short run, or ending up in financial ruins. But this gives the players a little more control over their own funds.
