Rank update will need some adjusting, I hope this update gives smaller factions a chance to get decent gains off the first few hits to give them a chance against the larger HOF ones.
I just love it how a 2 man faction is rank 1 - same rank as 39th, HT, JFK, raov
Nicely thought out update
Nothing against you MRPIMP, the scope of my post is to show how little attention was payed out to this 'update'.
That means, that if you were to join a rank 5 faction, with a bunch of newbies....they would automatically get sent to rank 1......same rank as the best factions out there.
i make the assumption that all the inactive factions where taken into account when ranking ?
and i bet there all the rank 5 factions !
for this update to be any good your gonna have to remove these inactives factions from the game !
487 peaceful days remaining, what a waste of respect that was, oh well iv got peaceful as long as i want now good update for the lower levels not so much for the higher level aggressive players
I dont think the rank system is going to do very much tbh as soon as a rank 5 faction gets a decent member it will jump to a higher rank no matter if there is 49 level 1 members in it.
The only factions that is going to benifit in this update is Peaceful ones hence screwing Aggressive Factions they dont even have to bother doing OC's now as they dont need the respect to remain peaceful they can sit all nice and pretty and not have to bother about anything. Nice One NOT.
We have waited so long on this update I personally feel let down over it I was expecting more and expecting TC to become exciting again but i dont ever see this happening with this update

Factions now have a rank system based on how good the members in it are. Depending on how good the faction members are, your faction will be assigned a rank between 1 (best) and 5 (worst). During war, attacking factions outside of these ranks will result in a decreased respect gain. This should make all factions feel a lot safer when switching over to war mode.
Respect gains have been increased and chains made less effective. The higher the chain length, the more respect that will be gained. The gain increases will get smaller over time, but will never stop completely.
Peaceful status no longer has 'days remaining'. Factions will stay in peaceful status until they want to change over.
A number of other changes will also be made over the coming days to accomidate this change. Including automatic removal of inactive wars.

Pathetic.. So peaceful factions can just sit around and do OC's all day, and eventually get the same upgrades that warring factions have chained their asses off for.. awesome.
You expect people to have long chains now? No I didn't think so.. thats the whole reason for making it the way you did. You only get respect for Rank 1 factions if you are Rank 1..
Again a crappy update by ched to make warring factions useless. Wasn't this supposed to be a war game?????????
how can we war with these crappy updates? Atleast bring back mugs
