ur not lvl 15 and only have Posts: 21 lmao i guess u dont know how to read You need to have a post count of 100 to apply to become a Helper.

How do i see if my app went through successfully or not?

I clicked submit but then it hung for a bit and then came back saying timed out, then clicked back and few other things coz it was still hanging and eventually said my app was successfully submitted but i dont know...

can anyone help me? i dont wanna submit another one if that other went through.
