My Account was HACKED by players here (I believe they were so-called friends) STILL I lost, 1 Anti-gun, 1 Flamethrower, 1 Jackhammer, 1 mini gun, 1 Dual 96 G Beretta's, 2 Ivory Walking Cane's, 1 Improved Armour, 1 Liquid Body, 1 Flexible Armour, 146 morphine's, 22 First Aid kit, 1 Mansion, 1 Single White Rose, 3 Balloons, 4 Jack-o-lantern, 5 Birthday Cakes, 5 Snowman, 4 Mistletoe, 5 Gnomes, EVERY single weapon sold in Market and hundreds of other items....
Staff has REFUSED to help me in this matter and till this day have DONE NOTHING.... They did message me to Calm down and stop yelling and maybe something would be done about the matter....
So Rating Staff really means nothing to me.... I lost REAL LIFE money as a Donor buying DP's here, and I get repaid with selfish acts of non co-operation and childish messages from Staff.... IF I did Rate Staff it would be a lame ZERO BELOW a 1....
This is a freaking joke at best and a total waste of time.
How can you rate staff and then let them read it?
And wtf cares anyways cuz we know that nothing will be done anyways. Certain staff are a joke at best and since they are high up on the chain we ALL KNOW nothing will happen and the best part is if we complain they will try and find some bogus way to fed us.
Too much stock being put in players here. First of all, when people mail staff, they are usually mad at something that happened to begin with. So you're asking them to set aside their anger and make a judgment on a staff member with a clean state of mind. Maybe 20% of the players can do this to begin with.
So basically the rating will be based on if the staff member can actually help the player. If so, he/she gets a 10. If not they get 3 lke Hate Train did.
Good luck with this, I won't be shocked if this policy is changed quickly after seeing the replys. Then again, i'm sure you realize this and that there will only be a few "worthy" reviews. So u will probably just use them as your criteria to evaluate staff
throw the daggers at staff if you want, all it does is create another reason for them to hate you and find ways to screw you over. Rate a staff a low rating and watch them search your profile daily for anything they can to fed you with. Hudsons right here, why put yourself in a worse off position rating a staff when you know all that happens is your rating gets laughed at behind closed doors, then creates animosity.

doesn't it tell you when you try to message staff like Ched that they will probably NOT respond because they are too busy to respond to every last bit of mail? They have all those other staff people who are there to help you, the admins were responsible for running the game I though.

Users can now review a staff encounter. If you have complaints or would like to commend the staff member, you can do so by going to the Staff page in the city. You can also review anonymous staff who have sent you warnings by going to your warning log, found in your home (if you have any warnings). Please do not abuse this feature or you may be punished.
Reviewing a staff member is helpful for the process for us to provide you with good support and professionalism. You can tell us what you thought about your encounter with this specific member and note out any unprofessionalism or wrong choices you may have received. You may instead like to commend the staff member with a good rating for doing a good job (even if you may have been banned in the process). We will check all reviews made and delete inappropriate ratings. Your review must be well written and describe any imperfections the staff member may have made. 10 is the best rating you can give a staff member, 1 is the lowest. Only admins will be able to read the reviews, punishments may be handed out to you for writing an unjust review.
-You are only to review a staff member who has dealt with you personally on a staff matter.
-You must give a reason for the rating you are giving.
-Reviews that are not well written or have a lack of detail will be deleted.
-You will not receive a response to your review.
Please note, it may take up to an hour for new updates to arrive on your server.

YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE RATING PLAYER HAS TO BE LVL 5 OR HIGHER. THAT JUST HAVE TO CHANGE.... YOU ARE BASICALLY EXCLUDING THE LEVEL HOLDER LIKE US FROM REVIEWING PROCESS.
First off, this isn't going to do a bit of good if you're reporting an admin. There's only 3 active admins and they're really good friends. You really want this to work out to everyone's advantage, add 2 more admins that don't like the ones already there. My suggestion is make Krak and Kluke admins.
Second, most of the interactions with staff are done through player reports. Seeing how these player reports are now anonymous and there's no "rating" button on that page, most won't know what staff member to rate, good or bad. So either let us know what staff member deals with our reports or add a button to it.
Third is for Namikaze_Minato. The level restriction is to prevent someone from creating 100 multis and spamming the ratings system. I have no problem with people level holding, but you have to realize you have to give up certain things, i.e. travel, bank, ratings. You just have to figure out which is more important to you.
