Did I miss the bit where it said they would be accountable? You can complain, that does not mean the person you complain about will be any worse off.
I suppose they could give that person "more training" like most companies that like to put on a customer front.

I'm hoping that if a staff member gets consistently bad reviews then they're going to look into it.
