Why does it take 10 days to provide you new hardware? I think you should change hosts if it takes that long guys. It should take no longer than a hour do get the order delivered to you, and that is pushing it.

We have brand new hardware on the way. We are doubling our database power by improving our old systems and adding new servers. This should certainly reduce lag to an absolute minimum and hopefully stop random issues from occurring.
The ETA on these new servers is around 10 days. We will post another announcement stating the date we wish to install them.

No one lost anything except 2 hours. Everyone was set back by two hours, didn't gain or lose any money or items.
That's a load of rubbish! Anyone who believes this, go take a look at the bug reports, the eveidence to the contrary is stacking up. I very much doubt they are all liars.
I personally lost just under $30m in an incomplete trade, the person who was sharing the trade with me lost $5.9m and someone else who had a trade running with me lost $5.7m. I know that because I saw the trade, it was in my events.
But hey, when in doubt bury your head in the sand and deny it's even possible. Thanks for your concern Ched.

I disagree,I lost 5.8 million.
It might not seem like much to the higher level players but I'm sure no-ones about to send me 5.8 million are they
I understand that things happen that can't be anticipated but until you understand the full extent of the problem it might be better to not make such sweeping statements
