Firstly I apologise greatly for the downtime. Although the official downtime lasted around 6 hours, we have credited every single user with two donator days as an apology.
We were hit hard by a large amount of lag (slowness). This was brought to my attention very quickly and I was online within minutes. Shortly after, the items strangely deleted themselves, whether this was because of a corrupt table or not, we do not know. We had to restore items from a previous backup (4 hours before) at around midnight, so of course any items gained during 00:00 – 04:00 may have been lost. To recover these items you may contact LeukyBear [83808] who will go through the logs to confirm, and then come to a conclusion to keep you happy, be it, giving you the item back, or returning money.
The restore actually took less than an hour, which was a fantastic test of our backup solution (which is always being improved). The main issue was the contacting of our host which we are resolving now.
As I’ve said before, these things will always happen from time to time, there’s no way to prevent them. All we can do is make the restoring of these files quicker and less strenuous.

Actually, dont you think that giving everyone in the whole game a donator pack was a good move? All non-donators are now donators and you should of actually just put 2 days on the actually donators. Now everyone has the advance feature, and F&E list, might not sound like much but eveyone has it.:|
