Also, I have an issue whereby a staff member has told me I cannot mail her at all, even though I never said anything about her personal life, and only limit my comments to her style of game play.
What happens if I have an issue and need to contact a staff member for a quick response, and she's the one I need to talk to?

...benefit a player in a way they did not earn.. Why is slutting allowed? The Code of Conduct should be what is followed, not the new shoddy rules.. I even accept scamming removed on the fact that all, or most, channels for trade have now been opened.
But you encourage people to gain levels without doing anything themselves except whore out cash? What is this, a way to empty the economy? I think Tea being deleted did that (FYI, ~54% of the money in the economy was wiped from TC with his deletion)

Allowing slutting will not be emptying the economy.
It allows a transfer of funds from people who can afford it (an example would be me) to people who are in need of the cash for whatever they want.
It has always been an idiotic rule, as it really served no purpose (that I could see).
If someone wants to earn their high level by having people attack them and lose (which would take a considerable time, since I had about 150 attacks, for 0 levels), then they will end up being like House and farmed for experience.
Let them send the money to n00bs if the n00bs want to buy a bigger house
