i take that back. This is very VERY bad. I'm getting bored playing Torn City. Despite: making paypal contributions in the past in exchange for abuse from the admin team; playing to the rules and obeying protocol; being generally ignored by my complaints to the software owners, and now this, like the dog tag "competition" just favour the elitist.
